Privacy

Your images stay yours.

This page explains what happens when you clean an image and when you choose analytics.

Image processing

The cleaner uses browser APIs to decode and re-encode selected images. The source files are not sent to a whyaiai processing server. Selected files and cleaned copies stay in this browser tab until you clear the queue or close the page.

Site and analytics data

The host may keep ordinary server logs such as an IP address, request time and browser details. If you allow analytics, Google Analytics receives usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location and device information. Your source images are not included in analytics.

Your choices

You can refuse analytics, reopen Cookie settings, clear the cleaner’s browser data, or use your browser controls to limit storage. Essential storage may still be used to keep the site working.

CHECK IT YOURSELF

A clean copy should be easy to trust.

See what was found before cleaning, then check the new copy again. No guesswork.

  1. Keep your original. It is never overwritten.
  2. Read the before-and-after report for EXIF, GPS, XMP, IPTC, C2PA and comments or text.
  3. Run Verify on the exported copy to check it again in this browser.

What the check can show

Common markers it can read, readable camera or GPS values, dimensions, file size and what remains after cleaning.

What it cannot show

It cannot read every private field used by every app. It does not judge visible pixels, invisible watermarks or future platform labels.

The file stays in this browser

Processing happens on your device. The image is not sent to a whyaiai processing server, and batches are not saved online.
